The Portuguese firms of Atelier Data & MOOV submitted the European influenced winning entry titled “Forwarding Dallas”.  This design is founded on the utilization of hillsides to contrast the city’s natural landscape. With foliage covering the valleys and rooftops, coupled with energy churning photovoltaic and turbine systems, this submission reminds one of coming across a lost temple in the jungle. Dallas writer Holly LaFon continues her look at the winners for NBC Dallas/Fort Worth and describes Forwarding Dallas as “ the most outright unusual of the three finalists”.
